Westminster - 30 photovoltaic panels on roof of Italian embassy. 4D Planning were recommended to us via a mutual contact to assist with preparing a planning application to install 30 photovoltaic panels on the roof of the Italian Embassy in London. 4D Planning headed by Elie Osborne offered professional advice and a first class service which resulted in a successful planning application. The Italian Embassy is the first UK embassy to be granted permission to install photovoltaic panels and we are delighted that with 4D Planning's help we are able to set a precedent in London. Southwark - Construction of a two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, installation of x1 rooflight to front roof
slope. Aug' 2016. We engaged Eli to provide drawings for our 2 story side extension on a 1930s end of terrace in a very small conservation area. From the first phone call, Eli was professional throughout and provided the right level of detail to us to get the project moving. Through various delays (no fault of 4Ds), Eli was extremely patient and professional. I would highly recommend using 4D for any sort of planning applications that carry uncertainty or some level of risk, as Eli was able to formulate the right strategy for us and execute this - above and beyond just delivering good quality drawings and service.
Westminster - Single storey rear extension at lower ground floor level with Juliette blacony at ground floor level and excavation to garden. October 2015 - We found the services of 4D Planning to be of good value, friendly and efficient. 4D Planning helped us obtain planning permission for a single storey rear extension, Juliet balcony and excavation of the garden to our mid terraced flat. Kensington and Chelsea - Change of use of rear parts of beauty salon (sui generis) to residential (Class C3) to form extension to
existing studio flat. March 2016 - 4D Planning is a first class company. I came across them by chance and I certainly was extremely pleased I had. Planning for the uninitiated is a minefield. In this case every possible problem was looked at in depth and sorted. Imran who I was working with was courteous helpful and never made me feel that I was being too demanding! August 2016 - I have found 4D Planning to be very reliable. They have helped me every step of the way to obtain planning permission. I needed the commercial property changed from a B1 to a D2. There were obstacles in this process but 4D Planning overcame them for me. They took all the stress out of the process and dealt with the council on my behalf, and I therefore highly recommend them.
Barnet - Prior approval and planning permission for 6m single storey wrap around rear extension. November 2015 - Very professional service. After getting a planning rejection we appointed 4D planning to consult us on the matter. We received a very good, professional but yet kind, service. Jan 2015 - Elie and 4D Planning were a fantastic support throughout the entire planning permission process with fast accurate responses at all times of the day. RBKC - Change of Use from HMO to five studio flats, including creation of roof extension to provide additional floor. Nov 2014 - I engaged 4D planning to assist with a feasibility study and change of use application. Overall the work that they undertook was to a very high standard and competitively priced. Elie, who was my main point of contact, helped to explain the application process to me and managed my expectations in terms of timeframe and likelihood of success. The feasibility study was very informative and provided me with an impartial and concise overview of the options available in respect of the building in question. Following this study we proceeded with a full application to the Council. Draft building plans were provided following a site visit by the building surveyor Beni. The plans were produced very swiftly, and after a few small alterations they were finalised and the full application to the Council submitted via the Planning Portal. I was very impressed with how quickly the planning application progressed, and I was regularly provided with updates on the status of the application. The planning application was eventually accepted by the Council, and I have no doubt that this was largely a result of the excellent job undertaken by 4D Planning in overseeing the process from start to finish. Barnet - Listed Building Consent and Trust consent for alterations to the house. Jan 2014 - 4D Planning got us the LBC, planning permission and Trust approval for all the changes we wanted to make to our house. Three Rivers - Garage coversion, side and rear extension. Nov 2014 - I highly recommend 4D Planning Consultants. If you are worried about having to get planning permission and all that comes with it. My parents are elderly and disabled and they live in the UK, but I live in the USA. Therefore, when my mother became wheelchair bound, I had zero contacts in the UK to help her with her needs. I felt I was taking a risk in finding a company on the internet, but was extremely fortunate to come across 4D Planning Consultants. They were patient and polite and took control of the situation to achieve the best results for us. They managed all the drawings, the application and they kept us informed throughout the process. I had no idea what steps I had to take, but 4D Planning let me know that they could do everything I needed for a very reasonable price. I worked with them from the US and was amazed at how efficient they were, to obtain the permission that I needed for the build. Lambeth - Architectural drawings for planning and building control. Dec 2013 - I had an urgent case which had to be completed in a matter of weeks. I contacted 4D on a Wednesday, they attended on the following Friday, they liaised with Lambeth Council for me, they worked over the weekend and supplied me with drawings and plans in less than a week from first making contact.
