Judge overturns west London amalgamation approvals.

Two inspectors' decisions to allow proposals to create palatial homes in Kensington and Chelsea by amalgamating existing properties have been overturned by a High Court judge, who ruled that they had erred when calculating the future need for housing land in the borough.
