Change of Use of ground floor from Class E (Commercial, Business Service) to F1a (Educational Provision/Centre), changes to external elevations and signage.

4D Planning assisted the client with opening up a new Mathnasium business in Bromley. We have assisted several other Mathnasium franchises around London and with experience and knowladge we were able to guide our client to achieve a favourable outcome. We prepared the planning documents, designs of the layouts and frontage and we produced the architectural drawings. We managed the planning application and liaised with the Bromley planning officers. The planning application was granted planning permission for the change of use and for the advertisement consent (signage).
