Change of use of rear parts of beauty salon (sui generis) to residential (Class C3) to form extension to existing studio flat at ground floor level. Installation of two rooflights.

4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of whether planning was likely to be granted to create a studio flat at the back of a salon. Following a positive conclusion, 4D Planning produced the floor plans and statement and successfully obtained planning permission. Later, 4D Planning assisted the client to obtain planning permission for new rooflights above the shop. The property is located in a conservation area.
