Continued use of roof terrace with new metal railings, access door and decking to single family dwelling.

4D Planning assisted the client to obtain planning permission retrospectively for a rear-facing roof terrace. The council was against roof terraces which would detract from the character of the conservation area and would potentially overlook neighbours. 4D Planning prepared the architectural drawings, planning and design and access statement and liaised with Camden Council until a decision was made to grant planning permission retrospectively.
