Demolition and erection of new house with basement, part single part double storey rear extension, double storey side extension, rear dormer window and rooflights on side elevations, raised patio.

4D Planning were instructed to prepare a design to demolish the existing house and erect a new large house to the maximum foot print. We prepared the architectural drawings for a large 4 storey house with a basement and pool. We prepared a landscape plan for the front and rear gardens and liaised with the planning officers throughout the process of the application. The application was granted planning permission by Brent Council.
