4D Planning were instructed to assist with obtaining planning permission for a rear conservatory to the mid terraced town house. The property is located in the Conservation Area and was built a few years before, therefore there were no Permitted Development rights and planning permission was required. We prepared the architecture drawings, planning application documents and liaised with Newham Council planning officers. The application was approved.
