4D Planning were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility of convering the roof space to a loft to create habitable space and to create a large dormer window with rooflights. We prepared the architectural drawings and applied for planning permission. The property was in use as an HMO and did not have permitted development rights. Permission was GRANTED by Hackney Council.
