Erection of a rear single storey extension and a side extension

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission to extend the house the maximum possible. The bungalow property is a semi detached, therefore it was important to not unbalance the paid of semis, but rather propose a subservient extension which is in keeping with the character of the house and neighbouring house. We considered the client's brief and designed the extension with a large side and single storey extension which would comply with Bexley Council's planning guidance. The application was approved.
