Erection of single storey rear extension, replacement of the front door and the insertion of new windows in the rear dormer.

4D PLANNING were instructed to extend the dwelling at the rear, upgrade the appearance of the property by replacing windows and doors, new materials to the facade and to restore its original architectural features at the frontage. We liaised with Tower Hamlet's conservation area and planning officers to agree on the level of detail and type of windows. We obtained planning permission for our client.
