4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of altering the listed flat. 4D Planning produced the drawings and Heritage Report and liaised with Westminster Council until the application was approved.

4D Planning advised the client on the type of internal works that can and cannot be carried out ot the property, since the property was situated in a Grade 2 listed building. 4D Planning produced the architectural drawings and a Heritage Report. 4D Planning liaised with the conservation and heritage officer and the planning officer. Listed building consent was eventually granted by Westminster Council.
