4D Planning were instructed by a prominent architecture firm (Studio Rinaldi) to assist with advising on the planning and to support the application preparation and submission to Westminster Council.

We advised the client and the architects on all relevant planning matters and addressed any concerns with the design. We liaised with the Estate and Westminster City Council Planning Department until the application was granted planning permission and approval from the Estate.
