Replacement of front bay windows to double glazed timber casement windows.
4D Planning were instructed to assist the client to replace some windows to a bay at the front of the house. Usually planning permission is not required for replacement of windows, but the property was situated in a Conservation Area. Therefore planning permission was required. 4D Planning prepared the application documents, produced the drawings and liaised with the window company to ensure that the specification of the timber double glazed windows were suitable. Planning permission was granted by Enfield Council.
