4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining a lawful development certificate for existing use of the roof as a roof terrace at the rear of the property. We produced the architectural drawings and planning application documents. We liaised with the Council and managed the process until a decision was issued by RBKC (Kensington and Chelsea Council) to grant permission retrospectively.
