4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of a roof terrace. We discussed potential overlooking, planning precedent and other relevant issues. Once we established that there was precedent in the area for roof terraces and that there would be no overlooking onto neighbours, we prepared the architectural drawings and planning application. The application was granted permission by Wandsworth Council.
