Single storey side and rear extension at ground floor level, after the demolition of the existing ground floor bathroom and kitchenette; alterations to openings on all elevations.

4D Planning were commissioned by the client to prepare a planning application for a single storey extension and other alterations to the property and to ensure that the application was granted planning permission. 4D Planning produced the architectural drawings and all the planning documents. We submitted the application and liaised with the Council until Camden granted planning permission.
