Single storey rear extension, extending beyond the rear wall of the original house by 5.2m, for which the maximum height would be 3.11m, and for which of the hight the eves would be 3.11m (42 Day Notification for householder Permitted Development Prior Approval)

4D Planning were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility of extending the property to the maximum possible. We established that it was feasible to extend to the rear and side. We then prepared a planning application and all architectural drawings and liaised with the Council. Planning permission and Prior Approval were approved by the Council.
