Single storey side and rear extension and alterations to the roofline to provide rooms in roofspace incorporating a rear dormer extension.

4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining a lawful development certificate for a single storey extension and a rear dormer extension. We designed the extensions to meet the PD requirements and prepared the architectural drawings including the building regulations. Bexley Council approved the drawings. 4D Planning liaised with the planners and the Building Control Inspector to ensure that the works could proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible and to sign off the Building Regulation Drawings.
