4D Planning advised the client on the best design to maximise the size of the property. We produced the architectural drawings and prepared the Planning Application and the relevant Statements. We submitted the application to RBKC and liaised with the planners. The application was approved. Our client sold the property and we were instructed by the new owner to revise the design and to prepare a variation of condition application to alter the appearance and scale of the extension. The application was approved by Kensington and Chelsea Council.
