4D Planning assisted the client with maximising the size of the house. We applied for planning permission and lawful development for different extensions. Once they were all approved we produced the building regulations and liaised with Building Control and the engineers. We then amended the design according to the clients new requirements and we recommended a building firm to carry out the works based on 4D Planning's Tender Pack.
