4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission for replacement of single glazed windows to doube glazed timber sash windows to match the character of the existing. The flat does not have permitted development rights and is situated in the Brockley Conservation Area, therefore planning permission was required. 4D Planning prepared the architectural drawings planning statement explaining how the new windows would compliment the character of the Brockley Conservation Area and the host property. Lewisham Council granted planning permission within 8 weeks.
