Non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission HGY/2017/2322 involving inclusion of hardstanding to facilitate off-street parking.
4D Planning were instructed to prepare a retrospective planning application for alterations to the front gardens of 3 new detached houses with off-street parking. We liaised with Haringey Council Planning officers and prepared the relevant planning documents and drawings. The application was eventually approved for the variation of condition to the approved plans.
