4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with maximising the habitable space of the property. We designed the extensions to comply with the planning guidance while taking it to the limit. We designed the internal layouts in partnership with the client. We considered the Permitted Development rights and ensured that all planning and building control considerations were implemented at the early stages of the process. We liaised with the planning officer and negotiated on the size of the several extensions. Barnet Council Granted Planning Permission for the double storey side extension, double storey rear extension, single storey rear extension, front porch extension and conversion of the loft and roof extension.
