Change of use of Unit 5, Titan Business Estate, SE8, from business/storage and distribution (Use Class E and B8) to a dog day care facility (Sui Generis) and alterations to the frontage. 

4D PLANNING were instructed by the client to prepare a planning application for the conversion and change of use of the vacant unit (use class E and use class B8) to a dog care facility (Sui Generis) and alterations to the frontage with new signage. We produced the architectural drawings, planning statement and addressed the potential concerns with the new use (such as noise, parking, delivery, opening times, waste and other environmental considerations). We prepared the planning application, liaised with the planning officers and responded to all queries. The application was granted planning permission by Lewisham Council.
