External alterations in connection with ancillary take-away facility, change of use from A3 (E Use Class) to A3/A5 (Sui Generis)

4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for the conversion of the existing Chinese restaurant (A3 / E use class) to a mixed use (A3/ A5) Sui Generis (with ancillary takeaway).

We liaised with the council and negotiated changes to the facade to allow for collection from the pedestrian pathway of takeaway items. 4D Planning produced the Planning Statement and argued how the proposal complies with the planning policies, we produced the architectural drawings and submitted the application. The application was approved by Havering Council.
