4D Planning were instructed to design the façade of the building to provide access and light to the new 48 residential units. The conversion to flats from offices was granted under prior approval, therefore the windows and doors were applied for at a later stage. Planning permission was granted. 4D Planning were also instructed to prepare the building regulations for Building Control and to prepare the Tender Pack for the builders. Part of the scheme involved converting the existing Mot unit at the rear of the site into offices and producing all the relevant building regulations and tender information.
