4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission from Tower Hamlets Council for the changes of use of the former A1 unit (E Use Class) to Sui Generis to a distant selling pharmacy.

We liaised with the architect and the client to ensure that all considerations were met to maximise our chances of being granted planning. The application was approved.
