4D Planning conducted a feasibility study and advised the client on the liklihood of obtaining planning permission for a change of use of the basement from A1 to D1. 4D Planning prepared the planning application and liaised with the architect advising them what changes to make to the drawings to make it suitable for the application. We advised the ratio of A1 and D1 in the basement to make it a mixed use development. RBKC granted planning permission.
