Use of the basement and ground floor for retail and medical purposes (sui generis).

4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for a change of use of the A1 retail unit to a mixed use A1/ D1 unit over the basement and ground floors. 4D Planning produced the drawings and application documents and submitted the application to Westminster Council. We liaised with the council on behalf of the client, responded to all relevant queries and ensured that the application had the best chances possible to be granted. The application was granted within 8 weeks of submission.
