4D Planning's role

4D Planning assisted the client by researching the feasibility of the conversion of the former Estate Agents (Use Class E) and the conversion to an Educational Centre (Use Class F1a). We undertook a site appraisal to establish if there are any red flags. The outcome was positive. We were then engaged to prepare and submit the planning application and advertisement consent application for the change of use and new externally illuminated signage. We produced the architecture drawings, statements and application documents. We then liaised with the planning officers throughout the process of the application assessment. Haringey Council granted planning permission and advertisement consent.
