4D Planning's role

4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission from RBKC for a change of use of the premises from Class E to an educational centre (Mathnasium) at this premises. We prepared the architecture drawings and planning documents and liaised with the planners. We also advised the client on managing the several objections from local residents and how to consult the residents to reassure them of the nature of the business. The application was recommended approval and was decided by the local Councillors in a Planning Committee. We drafted the speech which the applicant delivered. The application was granted planning permission and advertisement consent.

Change of use from (Use Class E) to educational centre use (class F1-a) - Granted Planning Permission by RBKC

Mathnasium's expansion in the UK continues, with planning permission granted in RBKC for a new centre.

This approval follows a successful planning application to F1(a), thanks to the expert guidance of 4D Planning. Known for their flawless track record, 4D Planning has helped Mathnasium establish a growing presence across the UK.

With over 20 centres operating in the UK, Mathnasium's newest location in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) marks another milestone. RBKC granted permission to F1(a), allowing Mathnasium to open its latest centre, which will provide essential math tutoring for local students.

Mathnasium centres not only offer valuable educational services but also contribute to the community through engaging outreach programs and fun math-based activities. This new Mathnasium in RBKC will further strengthen the brand’s reputation as a leader in supplementary education while fostering stronger ties with local families and businesses.
