4D Planning were instructed to prepare a planning application and the relevant documents and drawings for a change of use of the lower ground floor from offices (B1) to D1 (medical centre) to be linked to the existing pharmacy (A1) on the ground floor level. We prepared the planning statement with a strong argument why the application should be granted permission. Following this application, 4D Planning were instructed by another three phamracies and medical centres along Edgware Road - all of which were granted planning permission by City of Westminster Council.
