Change of use of vacant ground floor and lower ground floor premises to sui generis (mixed retail and tattoo studio).
4D Planning were instructed by the client to advise on the feasibility of converting the retail premises over two floors to part retail and part tattoo studio. Following our research, we advised that there was a good chance of obtaining planning permission. The client instructed us to prepare the planning application. We produced the architectural drawings and planning statement and documents. We liaised with Islington Council planning officers until a decision was reached to grant planning permission.
