Change of use of rear mews unit from mechanic's garage (Sui Generis) to one bedroom flat (C3), including the removal of the garage door, installation of new door, replacement windows and new roof lights.

4D Planning were instructed to advise on the feasibility of obtaining planning permission to convert a mechanic's garage to residential. We conducted a site appraisal and determined that there was a reasonably high chance of success. Shortly after, we were instructed to prepare a planning application and all the associated architectural drawings. We submitted the application to Haringey Council's Planning Department and liaised with the case officer until a decision was reached. Planning permission was granted.
