4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property while creating an additional unit. Following our initial research we concluded that planning permission was likely to be achievable subject to compliance with the minimum space standards and other relevant planning policies. 4D Planning were instructed to produce the planning application and design the architectural drawings for the application. We proposed the conversion of the 4 bedroom flat into two flats and extended double storey on the side. 4D Planning liaised with planning officers and answered any queries. Planning permission was granted by Lewisham Council.
