Construction of single-storey and two-storey front extensions, first floor side extension, window and door alterations, and associated roof alterations to include conversion of family room roof from flat to a vaulted mansard roof.

4D Planning advised the client and the architect on the design of the development to extend the property in compliance with Hertsmere Planning Guidance. We produced the Design and Access Statement, coordinated the submission of the application and liaison with the Council. The application was granted planning permission.
