Amalgamation of three self contained studio flats at ground floor level to form one self contained two bedroom flat

4D Planning was instructed to help the client obtain planning permission for the amalgamation of three studio flats to a large two bedroom flat. We advised the client that planning permission was required and it was not a case of a lawful development, nevertheless we believed there would be a strong chance to obtain permission. We were instructed to prepare the architectural drawings for planning and building control. The application was approved by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).
