Conversion of an existing outbuilding to a pottery studio on the Land adjacent to 1 Crescent Way SE4 in Lewisham.

4D Planning were instructed by the client of a pottery studio to obtain retrospective planning permission for the continued use as a self-contained business and not as an ancillary outbuilding for the adjacent residential property. We produced the architectural drawings and prepared a convincing planning statement. We demonstrated compliance with planning policy and adherence to the conservation area appraisal. We drew upon examples of local precedent and argued successfully that the use should be approved. Lewisham Planning Officers granted our application planning permission.
