We prepared all the documents and drawings and submitted the application to Harrow Council. 8 weeks later the application was approved. We then prepared a discharge of condition application to approve the landscaping. 4D Planning drafted the plans for a comprehensive scheme to improve the front and rear gardens. This application was approved too.
