4D Planning were instructed by the client to obtain planning permission for as many flats as possible at this detached property in Barnet. We surveyed the house, produced the architectural drawings and planning application statements and reports. We sourced a swept path report and other specialist reports to support the application. We liaised with the planning officer and ensured that the application would be approved. Barnet Council approved the application for 4 flats with associated refuse, cycle and vehicle parking. The client then engaged our services to produce the Building Regulations drawings and to obtain Building Control's approval for the works.
