We were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission for the conversion of a garage into a habitable room and other internal alterations. We designed the frontage to blend in with neighbouring properties while meeting the applicants requirements. The property is a flat and therefore required planning permission and was not considered permitted development. Islington Council granted planning permission within 8 weeks.
