4D Planning were instructed by the client to increase the number of bedsits to achieve an HMO up to 8 people. This included a garage conversion and single storey rear extension. We designed the layouts to ensure all bedrooms were spacious and compliant with planning guidance and in keeping with HMO licensing standards. We produced the architectural drawings and application documents and liaised with the planning officer. Redbridge Council granted planning permission.
