4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of converting the garage which was in a Conservation Area and Article 4 designated area. We established that the proposal would be feasible. We were then instructed to prepare the architectural drawings for planning and the building regulations for building control approval. The application was GRANTED planning permission by Tower Hamlets Council.
