Demolition of existing front porch and erection of replacement front porch extension to dental practice, incorporating access ramp, display of advertising, and associated works.

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission from Gravesham Council for a new porch extension with access ramp, display of advertising to dental practice and other associated works. We produced the application documents and coordinated the drawings, submission and liaison with the planning officers until a decison was made to grant planning consent.
