Demolition of existing ground floor rear extension and erection of a single storey rear/side extension

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with preparing the application to achieve planning permission for a single storey rear/ side extension following the demolition of the existing rear extension. We produced the architectural drawings, prepared the documents and submitted the application. We liaised with the planning officer to ensure that the application would be decided as quickly as possible. The property was a flat and there were no permitted development rights, so planning permission was required. Islington Council Planning Officers granted planning consent.
