Erection of extension, change of use from outbuilding to self contained dwelling

Change of use to new dwelling, single storey extension.

Alterations including erection of a first floor extension in connection with change of use from an outbuilding (Class SG) to a 1 x 1 bed self contained dwelling (Class C3) in Wandsworth.

4D Planning were instructed to advise on the feasibility of converting a former educational premises at the rear of a commercial unit to residential use. Our research and professional anaylsis confirmed that there was a good chance of obtaining planning permission. We were then instructed by the client to produce the architectural drawings and application documents including a Fire Safety Report to meet Wandsworth Council's validation requirements. We submitted the application and liaised with the Council throughout the process. The application was granted full planning permission by Wandsworth Council.
