Erection of dormer extension in rear roofslope and installation of rooflights in front roofslope.

4D Planning were commissioned by the client to design an extension to their roof which would comply with the Permitted Development Rights. We produced the architect ural drawings and the application for a lawful development certificate. We submitted the drawings and application forms to the council and liaised with the council until a decision was made. Croydon Council approved our application and the works were given the green light to proceed as "lawful".
