4D Planning were instructed by the client to advise on the feasibility of obtaining planning permission for an outbuilding at the rear garden of their home. The property was located in a Conservation Area therefore there were no Permitted Development rights for outbuildings and planning permission was required. Following our initial research, we advised that it would be feasible subject to design and size considerations. We were instructed to produce the architectural drawings, application documents and to liaise with Haringey Council until a decision was made. The application was approved.
