Erection of a rear outbuilding at back of garden.

4D Planning advised the client on the requirements of the Permitted Development Rights to ensure that the proposed outbuilding would fully comply.

We prepared the architectural drawings including the Building Regulations, prepared a lawful development application and liaised with Barnet Council until the application was approved. We also liaised with Building Control to ensure that the works were fully compliant with building regulations so that work could commence on site as quickly as possible.
