4D Planning were instructed by the client to explore the potential of a plot of land to the side of their garages and flats. We advised the client on the feasibility. The client instructed us to prepare a planning application and drawings for erection of a storage unit with vehicle parking. We produced the design and the planning documents. We liaised with Barnet Council planning officers until the decision was issued to granted planning permission.
